Mónica Melo is currently a researcher at CCG - Center for Computer Graphics (Guimarães, Portugal) and ALGORITMI Centre from University of Minho (Guimarães, Portugal), within the WG-ABE Group (Working Group ALGORITMI Business Excellence) research group (http://algoritmi.uminho.pt/efqm/ ). She has a BSc in Information Systems and Technology, and a MSc in Quality Engineering and Management (MEGQ), both in University of Minho. She is involved in research projects since 2011, as well as the implementation of an Integrated Management System at the CCG. It is also certified as Quality Internal Auditor by SGS since 2014 and Leaders Training for Excellence by EFQM since 2014. Her research interests are in topics as business process management, business modeling, requirements analysis, innovation, quality in processes , ITIL and software testing.
