About Me
My research line Integrated Nanostructures & Single Electron Devices for Quantum Tech (INSED-Q), focused on micro and nanofabrication for advanced nanoelectronics, functional nanostructures and emerging quantum materials. My work spans silicon nanowire platforms, quantum dot integration, and nanoscale metrology for room temperature quantum devices. I am co author of 49 (+2) publications and 89 conference contributions, and have participated in 21 competitive R&D projects (7 as PI), including FP7, H2020 and national programs, as well as 13 industry collaborations. My research has been conducted at IMB CNM (CSIC), ALBA Synchrotron and INL, with international stays at TU Berlin, EPFL and Imperial College London.
