About Me
Ana Patrícia Rocha received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer and Telematics Engineering from the University of Aveiro, Aveiro, Portugal, in 2010 and 2012 respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the Universities of Minho, Aveiro and Porto, Portugal (joint doctoral program) in 2019. She is currently a Contracted Researcher at the Institute of Electronics and Informatics Engineering of Aveiro (IEETA), Department of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics (DETI), University of Aveiro, in the context of the research project "OLI Health" (part of the ILLIANCE Agenda). She has participated in different research projects since 2012, including MISC (MIT-Pt/TS-ITS/0059/2008), Vital Responder 2.0 (PTDC/EEI-ELC/2760/2012), Smart Green Homes (POCI-01-0247-FEDER-007678), and APH-ALARM (AAL/0006/2019). Her main research activity is in the areas of Sensor-Based Human Monitoring, Multimodal Human-Machine Interaction, Assistive Technologies, Smart Homes, and Biomedical Engineering.
